A total of over 350 participants are expected, including numerous Olympic champions, world champions and top athletes from over 60 nations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The traditional World Cup tournament is one of the most important stops on the international fencing calendar and offers the public fencing at the highest level. The focus is also on the Swiss athletes around Alexis Bayard and the successful Swiss men&#8217;s epee team, which has already impressed internationally on several occasions this season. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competitions will take place from Friday 22 May to Whit Sunday in Bern and include both individual and team competitions. The team competition on Whit Sunday in particular promises excitement and emotion in front of a home crowd.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Media accreditation<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Media representatives can now apply for accreditation for the Berne World Cup 2026.
